Your first month of social media with us
You send
- Manager access to your Facebook page, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Yelp, if you have them. We walk you through it on the phone.
- Photos of the shop and of your team’s work, and your logo if you have one. Phone photos are fine.
- Your service menu and prices, opening hours and any current promotions.
- No accounts yet? That’s fine, we set them up.

- Check where your shop stands when people nearby search “nail salon near me” and your main services.
- Research the keywords people use for each of your services in your area.
- Make your name, address, phone, hours and website match on Google, Apple Maps, Yelp and Facebook.
- Create or claim your Apple Maps and Yelp listings if you don’t have them.

Are posts written in English or Vietnamese?
Posts are written in natural English for local customers, with your services and area in them so Google understands what you do and where. You can talk to us in Vietnamese or English.
Where do the photos come from?
Real photos of your shop and your team’s work always earn more trust than stock pictures. Take them on your phone and text them to us; we color-correct, crop and turn them into posts. Seasonal, holiday and promotion posts are designed by us.
Do you reply to reviews for us?
Yes, all three plans include help with Google review replies. Steady replies also make your salon look more trustworthy to customers and to Google. For a bad review, we talk it over with you before replying.
