A-frame signs: a salesperson at your door all day
A-frame signs are folding stands for the sidewalk in front of your salon, readable from both directions by people walking past. Out in the morning, folded and brought in at night.
They work best for salons in shopping strips and busy walking streets. A sign on the sidewalk may need a city permit (see the SBA guide to licenses and permits). With a lawn or a busy road out front, see yard signs; for a grand opening, add a vinyl banner.
