A roaster behind the café
Ember Hill started with a secondhand roaster in a garage and a stall at the Saturday market. Today we roast in the old foundry on Brick Row, and the café sits right in front of the roaster.
We buy from a handful of farms and importers we know by name, and we roast in small batches so every bag is fresh when it reaches you.
