Yes. Boil trays travel in insulated bags and stay hot for about an hour.
How much seafood should we order?
About a pound per person for seafood lovers, a little less with plenty of sides.
Is there food for kids and people who skip seafood?
Yes: chicken tenders, fries, garlic noodles and corn.
Is there a deposit?
For party tables, a $100 deposit holds the date and comes off the bill.
