The circuit

One round takes about 30 minutes

Most guests do two or three rounds. Go at your own pace: there is no right way, only what feels good today.

    Heat

Sit high for more heat, low for less. Leave when you feel ready.

  2. Cold dip in a winter lake
    50°F plunge

    021–2 min

    Cold

Breathe out slowly as you go in. Even thirty seconds counts.

  3. Rest loungers by the pool
    Quiet lounge

    0310–20 min

    Rest

Lie back, drink water and let your heartbeat settle.

  4. Warm pool in a dark wood hall

    Warm water

Float and loosen up before the next round of heat.

Repeat two or three times, then rest as long as you like.

Before you come

First visit questions

What should I bring?

A swimsuit and a water bottle. Towels, robes, sandals and lockers are ready for you.

I have never done a cold plunge. Is it safe?

Start slowly: a few seconds is enough the first time. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or high blood pressure, please ask your doctor before using the sauna or the plunge.

How long should I stay in the sauna?

Most people stay 10 to 15 minutes. Leave whenever you feel ready, and never push through.

Can I come without booking?

If there is space, yes. Evenings and weekends often sell out, so booking online is best.

Is it mixed?

Yes. Swimsuits are worn in all shared areas, and the changing rooms are separate.
