Mooncake and party questions
How long do mooncakes keep?
Baked mooncakes keep two weeks in a cool place. Snow skin mooncakes stay in the fridge and are best within five days.
Can I change a pre-order?
Yes, up to three days before pickup. Call or text us with your order name.
Do you make party trays?
Yes: 24 or 48 pieces of mixed cakes and mochi. Order two days ahead.
Is anything gluten-free?
Our mochi and pandan layer cake are made with rice and tapioca flour, but everything is baked in one kitchen.
