Three generations, one steamer
Our grandmother sold pandan cakes from a cart in Saigon. Our mother brought the recipes here and baked for family parties for twenty years before we opened Pandan & Co. in 2019.
We still steam, bake and wrap everything by hand every morning, and the pandan comes from leaves we blend ourselves, never from a bottle.
