From Cần Thơ to the riverside
Minh grew up above his parents’ noodle shop in Cần Thơ, then cooked in French kitchens for ten years. River & Rice is where both lives meet: the flavors of his family, cooked with patience and plated with care.
Our kitchen buys from the river market every morning and from two family farms nearby. The menu follows the seasons, and the tasting menu changes four times a year.
