A deposit holds the date and comes off the bill. Menus are planned with the chef a week ahead.

How far ahead should we book?
Four weeks for the veranda; Tết and December book up two months ahead.
Is there a minimum spend?
On Friday and Saturday nights, yes. We confirm it with the date.
Can the trio play our songs?
Send us a short list two weeks ahead and they will learn a few.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes. We plate it for you, or order our coffee flan for the table.

Tell us the date and the guests. The chef sends a menu within two days, and the trio can play for your party.
