Pre-order questions
When do I pay for a pre-order?
When you collect it. We only ask for a card to hold large orders such as macaron towers.
Can I change the pickup day?
Yes, up to two days before. Reply to your confirmation email or call us.
Do you deliver?
Not yet. Pre-orders are collected at the shop on the day you choose.
Are there nut-free pastries?
Macarons are made with almonds, so they are not nut-free. Ask us about the tarts and croissants.
How long do the cakes keep?
Two days in the fridge. Take them out 30 minutes before serving.
