Salon policies
A few simple rules that keep appointments on time and every client safe and comfortable.
Appointments & walk-ins
Appointments are held for 15 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome and seated with the next free technician.
Cancellations
Please change or cancel at least 4 hours ahead. Repeated no-shows may be asked to book with a deposit.
Fixes
If a nail lifts or chips within 5 days, come back and we will fix it at no charge.
Health & safety
Metal tools are sterilized after every client, files are single-use and pedicure basins are disinfected between guests. Please reschedule if you have an infection or open cut on your hands or feet.
Children
Kids are welcome for kids’ services. For everyone’s safety, children must stay seated with a parent.
Gift cards
Gift cards never expire and are not exchangeable for cash.
