A deposit holds the date and comes off the bill. Menus are set with the chef a week ahead.

Before you book
How far ahead should we book the Vault?
Four to six weeks. December books up by October, so ask early for holiday parties.
Is there a minimum spend?
On Friday and Saturday, yes. We confirm it with the date.
Can we bring our own wine?
Yes, two bottles per table, with a $35 corkage fee per bottle.
Can we bring a cake?
Bring one and we plate it for you, or order our chocolate layer cake for the table.
Hosting something?
Birthdays, toasts, the odd board dinner. Tell us the date and the guests; the chef sends a menu within two days.
Ask for a date
