A small stage by the bar, a piano we tune every month and players who know the old Saigon songs as well as the standards.

- SaturdayLate supperThe trio plays on and the kitchen stays open until midnight.9 PM – 12 AM
- SundayFamily lunchLong tables, shared plates and no music, just conversation.11:30 AM – 3 PM
