A family market since 2004
Lotus opened with three aisles and a vegetable stand out front. Our parents wanted the herbs, fruit and sauces they could not find anywhere else, at prices families could afford.
Today the market has twelve aisles, a seafood counter and a kitchen that makes bánh mì every morning, and the family still runs the store.
