How to make it
- Toast the star anise and cinnamon in a pot, add 8 cups of water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Soft-boil the eggs for 7 minutes, then peel and cut them in half.
- Cook the shrimp and bok choy in the broth for 3 minutes and season with fish sauce.
- Boil the noodles, divide them into bowls, pour over the broth and top with the herbs.
