Before and after your appointment
How long does structured gel last?
Three to four weeks for most clients. Book a refill before the growth reaches the middle of the nail.
How do I keep my cuticles neat?
Use the cuticle oil we give you every evening. Hydrated skin grows back slower and softer.
Can I peel off gel at home?
Please don’t. Peeling takes layers of the natural nail with it. Book a removal instead; it takes fifteen minutes.
What if a nail breaks?
Text us a photo. Within seven days we repair it at no charge.
Is a dry manicure safe for thin nails?
Yes. We work with a fine bit on the skin only, never on the nail plate, and build strength with gel.
