Nail bar policies

A few simple rules that keep everyone on time and every set looking great.

Appointments & walk-ins

We hold booked seats for 15 minutes. Walk-ins are seated with the next free artist.

Change or cancel at least 4 hours ahead. Repeat no-shows may be asked for a deposit.

If a nail lifts or chips within 5 days, come back and we fix it at no charge.

Tools are sterilized and opened from a sealed pouch, files are single-use, and pedicure tubs are disinfected between guests.

Kids are welcome for kids’ services and must stay seated with a parent.

Gift cards never expire and are not exchangeable for cash.
