Studio policies
Simple rules that keep appointments on time and every client safe.
Appointments
Please arrive on time with clean, makeup-free eyes. We hold your appointment for 10 minutes; after that we may need to shorten or reschedule it.
Deposits & cancellations
Full sets and permanent makeup need a deposit when booking. Change or cancel at least 24 hours ahead to keep it.
Fills
Fills are for sets with at least 40% of lashes still on, within three weeks. Bigger fills are booked as a new set.
Health & safety
Tweezers are sanitized for every client; wands and pads are single-use. Tell us about allergies, eye conditions or pregnancy before your appointment.
Permanent makeup
A consultation and patch test are required at least 48 hours before your session. Some health conditions and medications need a doctor’s note first.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be used for any service and do not expire.
