How long do lash extensions last?
Each lash falls out with your natural growth cycle, so most clients come in for a fill every two to three weeks.
What should I avoid in the first 24 hours?
Keep your lashes dry: no steam, sauna, swimming or hot water on the face. After a day, water is fine.
How do I clean my lashes?
Wash them every day or two with a lash cleanser and a soft brush, then brush through with a clean spoolie. Clean lashes last longer.
Can I wear mascara?
Not on extensions. Mascara and oil-based removers weaken the bond; use oil-free products around the eyes.
How do I care for permanent makeup while it heals?
Keep the area clean and dry, use the balm we give you and do not pick at flakes. Color looks darker for the first week, then softens.
When do I need a touch-up?
Permanent makeup includes one touch-up at six to eight weeks. After that, a yearly refresh keeps the color soft and even.
