Questions

Before your first session

How firm is the pressure?

As firm as you like, and never more. Say so at any time and your therapist adjusts right away.

What should I wear?

Massage is done on a table under a sheet; undress to your comfort. For stretching, wear gym clothes.

Before or after training?

Light sessions work two to three days before an event; deeper work is best on rest days.

Do you take walk-ins?

Sometimes, early in the morning. Booking online is the surest way to get a time.

Can I share a pack of sessions?

Yes. A pack of five saves 10% and can be shared with one other person.
